We provide 14 days return/exchange policy for our products.
In case of defectives found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return.
The package of the returned item(s) must be completely intact, and all accessory(s) inside the package must be originally in good conditions.
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.
In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 25% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
We do not cover the postage costs for returned defective items, but we do cover the postage to send replacements back to you.
Item returned must be received within 14 days after the receipt of the goods by buyer. No refund and only replacement is issued after this period of time.
